Thanks Matt and staff for your excellent work following my rotator-cuff surgery. I actually found the physical therapy process to be rather pleasant (not at all what I was expecting). I received constant encouragement and reinforcement, and what a difference that made! I truly appreciate the time you spent developing a program that would work for me, and when I had concerns, you truly listened and made adjustments. You have a unique environment at Proformance, and I actually enjoyed my appointments. I also appreciate how accommodating you were with the scheduling. When the surgeon had me pick a physical therapy clinic, it was a shot in the dark and you were the shortest drive...sometimes a person gets lucky; I did. Thanks again for a positive experience.
